MAINSTAGE
* As Philadelphia's professional Jewish theatre, Theatre Ariel knows that some may have questions about our performing on Shabbat. We recognize that our Jewish audience members -- like the Jewish people themselves -- keep Shabbat in many different ways, or choose not to keep it in a traditional sense at all. We welcome all whose practice permits to spend Shabbat at a Theatre Ariel performance.
Because of Shabbat, we will not do monetary transactions on Friday nights (i.e., selling tickets at the door). In addition, we will have Shabbat-related programming on those nights, as well.

CHRIST CHURCH NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSE
20 N AMERICAN STREET, PHILADELPHIA
November 14-24
For the first time in 15 years, Theatre Ariel returns to mainstage productions with this complex, highly theatrical story of identity and history.
Four actors take us on the whirlwind, stream-of-consciousness journey of a Jewish woman living in Amsterdam who stumbles upon a long-forgotten gas bill from 1944. The bill's implications send her on a riveting exploration of identity, legacy and life in diaspora. Immediate, theatrical and timely, you'll want to be there when Theatre Ariel presents this unique production in its Philadelphia premiere!
