Regional Première!  Rivka, the adolescent daughter of Ultra Orthodox Jewish parents from Jerusalem, secretly explores the secular world and befriends Dubi, a young man from a Negev kibbutz. Angry with her rebellion, Rivka’s strict father arranges to marry her off to a widower; leading Rivka to run away to Dubi. This award wining Israeli play explores issues of tradition versus modernity and reconciliation.

Jennifer, a 57-year-old woman, goes back to the time of her birth and witnesses events – some comedic, some deeply disturbing - that shake up her views regarding her parents and herself. If you could observe your parents at the time of your birth, what would you discover?

Revival! It's July 4, 1944 in Lebanon, Missouri and German Jewish Matt Friedman has come to court the Protestant country gal he met the summer before. This touching Pulitzer Prize winning play is "A valentine to two lost souls finding each other" (New York Times) by one of America's most notable playwrights.

An evening of 1 to 18 minute plays illuminating the social, cultural and spiritual heritage of the Jewish people. New and nearly new plays telling Jewish stories to celebrate the laughter and lessons of the shared human experience. 

The Salon Locations

Each performance is scheduled at different incredible homes in the Philadelphia area, including locations along the Main Line, Mt. Airy, and Center City.
